Irish Coffee
Irish coffee is made with hot coffee Irish whiskey and brown sugar stirred and topped with cream half whipped.
In Irish it is called caifé Gaelach.
Ingredients

Irish Whiskey : Two tablespoons

Soft brown sugar : Two teaspoons

Fresh strong coffee
- Fresh cream
Directions

Warm a heat resistant glass with hot water.

Pour the hot strong coffee in the glass and add the sugar.

Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.

Pour the whiskey and stir again.

Top up with the fresh cream poured over the teaspoon's back initially held above the surface of the coffee and gradually raised a little.
- The cream should be half whipped, not too stiff and not too liquid.
A perfect Irish Coffee must look like the other famous Irish drink: Guinness!
