The 2025 Westport Folk and Bluegrass Festival will run from Friday, 5th June, to Sunday, 8th June.

The festival is now widely regarded as the leading bluegrass event on the Island.

Each night there will be fully-seated and ticketed concerts. On Friday and Saturday festival-goers will enjoy Old-time and Bluegrass genre and on Sunday Irish Folk genre.

The programme will be fully packed with concerts, pub gigs, sessions, workshops, gospel concerts, a square dance, and much more.

There will be performers from different states of the US, the UK, The Czech Republic, Italy and, of course, Ireland, including Seth Mulder and Midnight Run (USA), The Cox Family (USA), Liam Purcell and Cane Mill Road (USA), The Burnette Sisters Band (USA), Sylamore Special (USA), Erynn Marshall & Carl Jones (USA), Nadine Landry & Stephen “Sammy” Lind (USA), Golden Shoals (USA), Whiskey Mash (USA), Shelton & Williams (USA), Blue Weed (Italy), Old BAby Mackerel (UK), Loes and the Celtic Link (NL/CZE/IRL), Jack Warnock and Eleanor Gaffney (Ireland), The Rocky Top String Band (Ireland), Tim Rogers & Friends (Westport, Ireland and Beyond) and Freda Hatton, Julie Langan, Declan Askin featuring Brendan Butler (Westport & Cork, Ireland).

Many musicians and music fans worldwide will gather in Westport to enjoy this main event in Westport.
