The 2022 Culture Night will take place on Friday 23rd September across Ireland and Mayo alike in cities, towns, villages and rural locations as well as online.

It celebrates Irish culture, creativity and arts believing that they are alive, treasured and nurtured in people’s lives.

Events for 2022 include:

• Comedy Gold, The Compass, Currane

• Áras Inis Gluaire, an evening of Traditional Food, Music & Dance from across the world, Belmullet.

• Charlestown Art Group, Charlestown Art Centre.

• Diverging and Overlapping Worlds, Ballinglen Arts Foundation, Ballycastle

• Painting with Acids, a tour of works from Norman Ackroyd, Ballinglen Arts Foundation, Ballycastle.

• The Notetakers, concert, Westport Quay.

• Music West, short performances of a variety of musical styles, Linenhall Arts Centre, Castlebar.

• Art in the Heart of this Part of Mayo original acrylic paintings on display, from artist Noreen Sadler, Anseo Art Gallery, Sheean.
